Over the past year bright inventories has been growing steadily.
Our independent inventories, check-outs and other reports are far more detailed and now contain between 3 and 6 photographs for each room with many more for large gardens and where applicable.
bright inventories have taken on new staff in the form of a fantastic and dedicated team of typists and a new trainee inventory clerk. We are also moving to new premises. This will ensure we can meet tighter deadlines, attend more appointments, provide cover for holidays, and continue to improve our service and product.
I personally have attended both the AIIC and the Deposit Protection Service’s courses on fair wear and tear to make sure that bright inventories are keeping up to date with the latest thinking and are continually developing our knowledge.
