Bright Inventories Ltd, Dorset’s premiere property inventory company, are seeking to recruit full time Inventory Clerks.

We are looking for new Inventory Clerks (Or 'Inventory Agents' as we like to call ourselves!) with or without experience of the role.

The role involves liaising with letting agencies, landlords and tenants to conduct thorough, independent inspections of the condition of rental properties throughout Poole, Wimborne, Bournemouth and surrounding areas of Dorset.

Although a keen interest in property is necessary, no experience of property inventories is required, as full training to our high standards will be given. However, the successful applicant must have an excellent eye for detail, strong organisational skills, and a flexible approach. A full driving licence and a reliable car are also essential, as is a high standard of IT literacy.

The salary will be competitive, plus mileage allowance, depending on skills and experience.

The position offers the opportunity to work from home between visits to properties. You will ideally be situated in the Poole, Wimborne or Bournemouth areas.
